Q. What light scatter data is available from SMS Scatterometers? |
| |
A. The following Scatterometer products provide the listed measurements.
CASI — BRDF,BTDF, transmittance, reflectance; calculation of TIS, RDIF, PSD,
and RMS roughness.
µScan — Surface roughness values of Ra, RMS, P-V, Reflectance, and
BRDF. |

Q. Can I have a demo or evaluate a system? |
| |
A. Yes two systems are available as evaluation units. The portable hand-held
mScan, and the ALMS-2002 alignment laser system can be rented by the week or month
to help with evaluation. The rental cost can be applied toward the purchase of
a new unit. |

Q. What wavelengths are available? |
| |
A. 325mm to 10.6mm wavelengths are available. |

Q. What sample size will the Scatterometer accommodate? |
| |
A. Samples from 0.25 inches to approximately 30 inches can be mounted in the
CASI. |

Q. Will the Scatterometer provide historical data? |
| |
A. All Scatterometer products have the capability of achieving measurement
data and some models produce on screen graphs which can be printed out for reference.
