SB4500 Series
This control has taken balancing grinding machines to a new level of accuracy
(.02 microns), controller speed (300 to 30,000 RPM) and convenience. |

Grinding Gap and Dressing AE Monitor
The AEMS (Acoustical Emission Monitoring System) is the latest addition to the
SB-4500 product. This optional add-in card for the SBS control system offers our
customers the capability to monitor their grinding process with exceptional precision. |

External Balancers
The SBS External Balancer system is elegantly simple; a computer control, sensor,
spindle mounting adaptor, and balance head. It is designed as an inexpensive,
permanent installation on grinding machines. It takes the magic out of wheel balancing. |

inside a bore in the spindle of the machine. |

Dual Support Centerless
Available on all Cincinnati Series Centerless Grinding Machines, but can be applied
to any dual or "twin grip" machine. The Dynamic Balance System can accurately
monitor and routinely balance the grinding wheel/spindle assembly below 0.000008"
(0.2 micron peak to peak displacement). |

Hydrokompenser
The Hydrokompenser is the original automatic balance system, designed for high-speed
applications. The system is now manufactured in the U.S. Individual grinding wheels
or grinding wheel assemblies can be balanced fully automatically, and under operational
conditions, with high reliability and accuracy. |
